General Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions cover the legal relationship between you (the traveler)
and us, Endorphin.Tours (ampersand.studio sàrl) as travel intermediary.
§1 — Booking & Travel Contract
Our offers are based on the travel descriptions available to you at the time of booking, plus any additional details provided on our website, in a custom quote, or other materials shared by us.
If our travel confirmation differs from your initial booking request, it constitutes a new offer. We’ll stick to this offer for 10 days. If you accept (explicitly or by paying), the new offer becomes binding.
If you’re booking on behalf of others, you’re responsible for those participants too—provided you explicitly agreed to take on that responsibility.
By submitting your booking, you’re making a binding offer to enter into a travel contract. This contract is concluded once you receive our written booking confirmation/invoice.
§2 — Payment Terms
Once the contract is concluded, full payment (100% of the trip cost) becomes due, as outlined in the confirmation / invoice. We will provide you with a payment link that allows you to pay by credit card (using Stripe).
§3 — Changes Before Booking
All information about trips and services is accurate at the time of publication. Older versions of the same trips lose validity when new offers go live. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors (like typos or calculation mistakes) or update info when there are valid reasons to do so—unless these details have already become part of the contract. If changes occur before you book, we’ll inform you clearly and prominently.
§4 — Changes After Booking
Minor changes in services that are necessary and reasonable after booking are allowed, as long as they don’t significantly affect the overall nature of the trip.
We will notify you of any essential changes as soon as we become aware of them.
If a major change affects a key aspect of the trip or special requirements you requested, you have three options: Accept the change; Cancel the trip at no charge;
Switch to an equivalent alternative trip if offered. You must inform us of your decision within the time limit specified in our change notice. If we don’t hear from you, the change is considered accepted (we’ll point this out clearly in our notice).
If the new or substitute trip is of lower value, you’ll get a refund for the difference.
We may increase the trip price after contract conclusion if: Government taxes or fees rise (e.g., tourism taxes); Exchange rates change and impact the trip cost. If the increase exceeds 15% of the trip price, you may withdraw from the contract at no cost.
§5 — Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you cancel your trip or don’t show up, 100% of the trip cost is non-refundable.
You may transfer your booking to another person (substitute participant) if you inform us at least 14 days before departure. An admin fee of €100 applies, plus any additional costs incurred.
After booking, changes to travel date, destination, accommodation,
transportation, or departure point are generally not possible.
If you choose not to use, or are unable to use, certain services for any reason, no partial refund, credit, or substitute service will be provided.
Some services included in the package—such as shuttle service or airport transfers—are only available under specific conditions, such as arrival on designated group flights. If a customer chooses alternative travel arrangements that do not meet these conditions, the affected services will be considered voluntarily unused. In such cases, no partial refund, credit, or substitute service will be provided. This policy also applies if a customer is unable to make use of the included services due to logistical issues such as a no-show, delayed, cancelled, or missed personal travel arrangements, or similar circumstances resulting from individual travel choices or planning.
§6 — Cancellation by Endorphin.Tours
We can cancel the trip if unavoidable, extraordinary circumstances prevent us
from fulfilling the contract. Any payments made will be refunded within 14 days.
If a minimum group size is required and not reached, we may cancel the trip. Any payments made will be refunded within 14 days. If you miss payment deadlines, we may cancel your trip and charge 100% cancellation fees (as per §5).
If your behavior is seriously disruptive or violates the contract, we may cancel without notice and charge 100% cancellation fees (as per §5).
